Hair doesn't straighten with relaxers it just loooks like i never put one in, whats happening?

I tried to straighten my hair again today after doing once a week ago, however just like last time it looked like i never relaxed it, and i def kept it in long enough =/ what should i do?Hair doesn't straighten with relaxers it just loooks like i never put one in, whats happening?
I don't know what kinda stuff your using. Go to a Sallys Beauty Supply and get some. If you try again and it doesn't work have a professional do it. I've been doin home relaxers on and off for years and never had a problem.
