What is the best relaxer for hair after taking out braids?

I suggest that you let your hair rest before putting any relaxers on your hair....I'm assuming that you probably used synthetic hair, so your hair probably has not seen an air for a while and has been constricted amongst those fibers....so with the build up of oils/sprays/whatever your hair is really weak now. Adding a relaxer will only make it weaker. Wait about another week or two before putting one on. If this is your first time relaxing your hair (yuck....don't do it but if you must :..-P)--do a strand test first to make sure that your hair wont react badly!Use ';gentle treatment: regular strength';, or if you want to go natural try a mild relaxer (Luster's). And if you want you can always go natural, or keep your hair in some cornrows which is kinder...not as harsh as individual braids.
